This tracker is also interactive so you can turn all of your text heavy entries into easy to read visual charts. It will help you easily see what your most common symptoms (such as Nausea, Sensitivity to Lights, Increased Heart Rate) and triggers (such as Stress, Poor Diet, Menstrual Cycle) are. You can use filters to only show your entries from a specific date range - this is helpful if you've started a new medication and want to see if it's making a difference.
When I bring up my ocular migraines to my doctors, they ask where I have pain, what the pain feels like, when do I notice them happening the most, how long does the loss of vision last, etc. I can't remember it all off the top of my head and I find that most trackers don't have enough room to write all of the necessary information down. So, I created this spreadsheet! I hope that it is beneficial to you in staying organized. This can be used for any types of headaches or other illnesses that have headaches as a side effect (cluster, tension, hormonal, dysautonomia, POTS, TMJ, etc.)
You can customize the checkbox column headers to put symptoms and triggers that are specific to you.
This spreadsheet includes spots to track
• Date - when you had the headache
• Duration - how long it lasted
• Pain Location - where on your head did you feel pain?
• Intensity - how bad did it hurt?
• Possible Triggers - what caused it?
• Pain Description - what did it feel like?
• Associated Symptoms - what other symptoms did you have?
• Medication - what did you do to feel better?
• Notes - any other relevant information
This spreadsheet is compatible with Google Sheets, you can edit and access it from ANY device that you are signed into with your google account with internet access.
